BHT（Butylated hydroxytoluene）二丁基羥基甲苯 
型態：白色晶體粉狀
作用：抗氧化與穩定，可以有效延長保質期香味與時間，並減緩顏色變化（但不能完全阻止）
使用方法：
可溶於油脂類，加熱55度以上可提高溶解率
建議用量：0.1%
